A third-grader battling brain cancer got his wish on Monday when he became honorary boss of the factory in Michigan that builds his dream car, the Mustang.

Eli Williams, a nine-year-old from Alabama, has been battling a form of brain cancer in which a tumor grows rapidly since 2011. After nine-months his cancer had gone into remission in 2012 but unfortunately, Eli learned on his ninth birthday in December he had relapsed. The UAW heard about Eli's love for Ford and the Mustang and arranged the plant tour, came up with the idea of making him plant manager for the day and paid for the trip for Eli and his family. Nicely done by all parties involved!
