Flint residents will soon see the end of free water distribution. WNEM is reporting that Governor Snyder declared he will end water distribution in a press release. The City of Flint's water quality has tested below or at action levels of lead and copper for two years now.

There are four distribution centers left in the City of Flint, and those will now close. The Access and Functional Needs deliveries will also end as soon as their supply runs out. If residents are in need of a water filter, or replacement filter those can be picked up at City Hall.

WNEM, the $350 million that taxpayers have provided and the $100 million from the federal government have helped with water quality improvements, pipe replacement, healthcare, food distribution, and more.
