Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band will hit the road next month for the 'Rock and Roll Never Forgets' tour, but so far has only scheduled one Michigan appearance, with a stop at Grand Rapids' Van Andel Arena on March 5th.

The tour kicks off on February 27th in Toledo, and includes stops in Denver, Seattle, Portland, and Green Bay as well as a handful of shows in Canada.

According to the 67-year-old rocker's website, this is the first leg of the tour, so it's likely more shows will be added. No details about a Detroit appearance have been announced.

In 2011, Seger told Rolling Stone that he enjoys playing for Michigan audiences. "They really know all the old stuff, so it's fun to play it for them." He went on to say that his career is winding down, adding, "What can I say, I can't do this much longer."

Here are the dates announced so far, for the 'Rock and Roll Never Forgets' tour:

  • Feb 27 Toledo, OH
  • Mar 5 Grand Rapids, MI
  • Mar 7 Green Bay, WI
  • Mar 13 Winnipeg, MB
  • Mar 19 Calgary, AB
