A man walked into the police station in York, Nebraska and wanted to pay a parking ticket that he found in his mother's things after she passed. The ticket was issued 57 years ago. Her son walked into the station with the the ticket and payment, mounted and framed. The ticket has finally been wiped off the record books. The fine? Ten cents.The Chief of Police plans to hang the framed ticket on the wall of his office.
