Bay City Marine Sergeant Proposes at DTE Energy Music Theatre [VIDEO]

Paul and Katy's love story began when they met in middle school in Bay City, and it continued at DTE Energy Music Theatre when they shared their first kiss in 2010. On Friday, May 13th, Marine Sergeant Paul Wellman led his blindfolded girlfriend Katy Palmucci to those very same seats, and asked her to be his wife.
