SodaStream commercials have been  banned in the UK for "denigrating" bottled drinks.  But, since they can't run their ads in the United Kingdom, they are going to take advantage of America's biggest showplace, the Superbowl! The commercial  shows people carbonating water with a SodaStream which uses water and additives to make a version of soda pop. Soda manufacturers in the U.K. complained and the ad was pulled from British TV.

A similar commercial will replace the one rejected in England. Apparently the soda companies are upset, but I don't see why. I don't think SodaStream will ever replace conventional soft drinks because in our society, when we want it, we want it now, and making it from water only adds to the delay.
