Ban on Plastic Bag Banning is Now Law — Department of Redundancy Department Rejoices

On Wednesday afternoon, according to Mlive, Lt. Gov. Brian Calley signed into law a bill to ban local governments from banning plastic bags or causing any sort of tax on plastic bags. The Senate Bill 853 is now Public Act 389.
By the way, there is still no clean water in Flint. Great work everyone. *she says with great sarcasm*
