7:00 pm Music in the Parks 2012 The Spinners are joined by the Flint Symphony Orchestra on Saginaw St. just south of the river. Parking available at UM-Flint surface lots and the William S. White parking lot.


Saturday, August 18th

6:00 am Show car parking begins, Downtown Flint

8:00 am - 8:00 pm Car Show

8:00 am - 8:00 pm Car Corral -Free, Old Mega Coney Island parking lot, must be drivable

10:00 am Opening Ceremony, Central Lot, Downtown Flint

8:00 am - 8:00 pm Vendor Marketplace in Saginaw Street central lot, Food Vendors on First Street, on Saginaw Street by McFarlan Park

10:00 am-8:00 pm Automotive Art and church tours etc. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 711 South Saginaw Street

The Fairlanes will perform in McFarlan Park from 1-3 PM

JD Winegarden along with Stina’ Brokaw, Garry Purkey and Tim Ruwart will be performing from 1-4 PM at the corner of Third Street and Saginaw

Rich Eddies Rockin Oldies Band will perform on the flat lot from 2-4 PMThe Rev.

Right Time Band will perform from 5-7PM on the flat lot.

Three disk jockeys will play music and make announcements at different locations on Saginaw Street from 8-8 on Saturday.  They are Bob Steel, Dan McPhail and Aileen England.
