Back From Vacation – Into The Real World Again!

Boy, what nine days off on vacation can do for you. Just retuning from a long vacation gives you a chance to remember what the real world is like. It seemed rather different this morning to have to put on long pants and shoes. I don't think I wore either during the entire length of my vacation. Of course the 90 degree days were a factor, but along with the sandals and shorts,

I had forgotten what the real world required. There was one more thing too... Shirts with ties. It felt odd to have to button up a shirt AND put on a tie this morning, but I guess that is the significance of vacation time.

Getting into the office helps put you back into the work groove, but I'll be thinking about those sandals and shorts for a few days while I acclimate myself to the real world again!
