I always used to joke that babysitting was about "keeping the kids alive." She took that to the next level.

22-year-old college student Kiersten Miles was hired by the Rosko family in New Jersey to watch their 2-year-old daughter Talia over the summer. Talia was born with a rare condition called Biliary Atresia, and was on the liver transplant list.

Kiersten was curious about the condition, so she went to the doctor...and found out that she's a match. So, she donated part of her liver to the little girl. They both had surgery on January 11th and are doing well - Kiersten is already back at school.

There's even a page set up to help Kiersten pay off her student loans.

And here I thought I was a good babysitter when I was younger! Amazing.
