When Brryan Jackson was 11-months old, his father injected him with HIV in order to avoid paying child support. Now, 21 years later, Brryan Jackson is not angry. He even says he's forgiven his father, who could be released from prison in a few years.

“I think there is salvation for everyone, and I find myself praying for my father’s salvation.”

Brian Stewart was employed as a hospital technician in 1992 at the time of the incident, and was convicted of first degree assault in 1998. He was sentenced to life in prison and is now eligible for parole.

Brryan has had a bumpy life. He has contemplated suicide and has lost much of his hearing. Now age 22, Brryan is a college student. Although he's considering careers in church ministry or politics, he has also given some thought to medical school.

Brryan recently spoke with St. Louis TV station KPLR about his life, his faith, and his father.
