In case you ever wondered what it's like to be a special needs parent, THIS. All of this.

Being a special needs parent is an absolutely exhausting and, most of the time, thankless job that none of us asked for. We were chosen to do it for whatever cosmic reason that we'll probably never know or understand. Some have it tougher than others, but we're still a pretty tight-knit club.

It's anxiety about everything. Leaving the house can either be a blessing or a curse. And when you need to leave the house with a comfort item, there are so many what ifs, including this one - what if they won't allow it into the theme park?

Kudos to the staff at Universal Studios for being so well-trained in this.
