Area Police Agencies on ‘Heightened Alert’ After Dallas Deaths [VIDEO]

As the country attempt to recover from the news that five police officers, including one Michigan native were killed Thursday in Dallas, police agencies in Mid Michigan are on heightened alert.

Detroit Police Chief James Craig (first video below) tells WJBK that his department takes the threat of harm to its police officers very seriously.
