Are You Ready to Run? Flushing Township Half Marathon Saturday

Normally, the Flushing Township Half Marathon and 5k would be contested in cold and blustery conditions. Not this year. The forecast calls for temps far above normal for the weekend which makes for great conditions to get out and put in a few miles.

Both races (5k and Half Marathon) start at 9:30 am on Saturday, March 24th at Flushing High School. The courses are flat and fast with plenty of aid on the route. You can sign up at Bauman's Running and Walking Shop on Hill Road through this Friday, race-day sign-up will begin at 8:00 at Flushing High School at 5039 Deland Road.
