Ann Arbor Steakhouse Makes Gamble on Michigan Game…and Loses

And people are NOT happy about it.

We've seen it a million times - businesses take advantage of sporting events, and Ruth's Chris steakhouse in Ann Arbor is no different. However, they didn't take into account that the Michigan Wolverines would completely cream Rutgers by 78-0.

Let's do the math - that means a $100 meal would be $22. So, they had to amend their special "deal" to be capped at 50% off. Still a great deal, and they're booked solid with reservations all week. However, the posts to their Facebook page aren't quite as grateful.

What do you think? Was it a "read the fine print" issue, or should they honor the 78% off?
