American Idol – A Season Of ‘Firsts’!

Well, it's been quite the season on American Idol and it all ends Wednesday night.  As I look back on the show, I have determined that it has been a season of "firsts".  The first season with Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler and the first season I was extremely frustrated with the judges.  It was the first season the judges used their save on the first contestant in jeopardy, and again a frustrating moment for me.  It was the first season we had two contestants that lean toward the country music genre and the first immensely boring season finale!

All that being said, it is also the first season I couldn't wait for it to end and the first season that my American Idol commentary was negative most of the time, shame on me.  Overall, how did you see this season of American Idol?  Did you wait each week with wild anticipation or mild frustration?
