American Flag Defaced with Swastika Hung on Michigan Overpass [PHOTO]

The Grand Rapids Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding the suspect.

Police received a phone call on Monday morning, shortly before 7 AM, that a man had hung an American flag that was defaced with a swastika on the overpass on I-96 at Coit Avenue. Police removed the flag within 10 minutes, but the suspect was already gone.

The man was described as wearing as being in his 20s, with black hair. He was wearing a heavy leather jacket. If you have any information, you're asked to call (616) 744-2345.
