Yesterday, a cargo plane was filled with everything from diapers, baby formula, bug spray, towels, tarps, tents and blankets. Amazon coordinated with Puerto Rican officials to find out what items were needed the most.

They're not the first tech company to do help, either - Tesla sent solar-powered battery systems to the island last week, Facebook sent in a team of technicians to set up telecommunications, and AT&T and T-Mobile set up sites where family members could contact people on the island.
