As the Monday morning quarterbacking continues, and as usual focuses more on the commercials and the halftime show, there's one rejected Super Bowl ad that's getting more than its fair share of attention. The ad is for PornHub, a purveyor of adult websites.

The video is 100% safe for work viewing, but the advertiser's product is not. Definitely not.

The short commercial features an elderly couple exchanging loving glances, and staring into space. The piano music complements the video, then a graphic for PornHub, and fade to black. It's completely innocuous.

Experts are now calling the move brilliant, because the advertiser likely never intended to spend the millions CBS is able to charge for Super Bowl advertising. They made a calculated move, anticipating that their spot would be rejected.

“CBS Television Network Standards do not permit advertising related to pornography. Therefore, we cannot accept your submission.”

Websites all over the country (and we're just as guilty as the rest) are reporting "news" of the rejected commercial, and as of this writing, it's racked up over two million views on YouTube.

Well played.
