Adele Brings 12-Year-Old Autistic Girl Onstage to Sing, and It’s the Coolest Thing You’ve Ever Seen [VIDEO]
Prepare yourself for the coolest thing in the world, as you watch 12-year-old Emily Tammam -- who suffers from autism, ADHD, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome -- join Adele onstage to sing 'Someone Like You.'
Her father tells the Manchester Evening News that Adele is her favorite singer, and 'Someone Like You' is her favorite song.
"She has a constant struggle with social situations, but amazingly, she manages to sing in public. She has a different persona when she is onstage. Adele was very nice to do that, she clearly didn’t have to do it. Emily said she wants to show people that have disabilities or mental issues they can still do mainstream things like singing, [and] they should not be stopped from doing them."
You needed a good cry today. You're welcome.
