I'm a regular at Hurley Health & Fitness, and I know how tough it can be to motivate yourself into getting fit. Getting in the habit of working out and staying physically fit is a challenge. You push yourself to get that workout in. You push yourself, but believe it or not,  it might just help to have a loved one nag you about sticking to your goal.

At Britain’s University of Lincoln research did a study and the study found that the least active people actually appreciate being cajoled by their family to do something active with them,

The study also found that work, long hours and lengthy commutes are the most common barriers to physical activity. Having someone in your inner circle prod you along aids in breaking that habit of malaise.
