Actually, American Idol Scotty McCreery made a good recovery after some technical difficulties at Wednesday night's World Series game between the Cardinals and Rangers. But about a minute later he joined the ranks of Christina Aguilera, Roseanne Barr, and many others as he seemed to flub, "Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave..."

As some of you may know, I make it no secret that I despise reality shows.  I'd rather set myself on fire than sit through one minute of "American Idol," "Jersey Shore," "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," or "Dancing with the Stars."
