November 13, 2012 The name Sheena Hardin may ring a bell to you. She is the driver in Cleveland, Ohio who routinely, and illegally took a sidewalk detour around a school bus at a bus stop. She was caught, brought in front of a judge, and as part of her sentence she was ordered to stand at the intersection where her crime occurred wearing a very uncomplimentary 'idiot' sign. This morning was the first day of her sentence and we have video footage of how it went!

Five Students Injured in Ohio High School Shooting
February 27, 2012 Reports are still coming in regarding a school shooting this morning in Chardon, Ohio. At least five Chardon High School students have been injured, according to WKYC in Cleveland.
Reports state that the shooter is a student at Chardon High School. Apparently the shots rang out at about 7:30am in the school cafeteria. All schools in the area are on lock down. Chardon is about 30 miles east of Cleveland.

January 17, 2012 Following a career spanning over six decades, Betty White has become an American treasure. She celebrated her 90th birthday with a live broadcast on NBC. People that she has worked with over the years came out to take part in the fun.
As if working on the series "Hot In Cleveland" isn't enough, her new show debuted on NBC last night following her televised tribute. "Betty White: Off Their Rockers" shows the cynical side of Betty as her elderly friends play pranks on the "youngsters." Much like another one of my favorites, "Just For Laughs: Gags," "Off Their Rockers" was a home run in my book. Check out the video highlighting her birthday and new show after the jump!

Detroit Tiger Legends Jack Morris & Alan Trammell Gain H.O.F. Votes
The Baseball Writers Association of America (BWAA) voted Cincinnati Reds infielder Barry Larkin into the Baseball Hall Of Fame this year. There were 27 candidates on this year's ballot. Larkin was the only one that got the 75% of votes needed for enshrinement in Cooperstown, NY. Two Tiger greats gained momentum from the writers, Jack Morris got 66.7% of the votes and Alan Trammell got 36.8%.

Detroit Tigers Blast 4 Homers, Beat Orioles 10-6
The Tigers got out the whoopin' sticks today and rode the longball to victory over Baltimore. Miguel Cabrera started the homer party with a 2-run shot in the first. Victor Martinez put the Tigers back in front with a 3-run blast in the 5th. Don Kelly also hit a 3-run homer in the 6th to put the Tigers ahead at the time 9-3.
