The parents of a 6-year-old girl in Dallas were a little surprised when they got the order confirmation for four pounds (yes, four pounds!) of cookies, and a high-end dollhouse.

The culprits? Their new Amazon Echo Dot device, along with a little help from their daughter Brooke.

Brooke denies actually ordering the $170 dollhouse and cookies, but the family tells Fox News that the girl did say she asked Alexa about those items. The device mistook the conversation as an order.

Megan Neitzel, the girl's mother, says they plan to use the incident as a teachable moment. They have enjoyed eating the cookies, and plan to donate the dollhouse to charity.
