22 Habits of Unhappy People
Some of these are obvious, some of them surprised us!Binge drinking and complaining are no-brainers...but RETAIL THERAPY is a bad habit? Okay, we kind of knew that already. Doesn't mean we've gotta like it! Here's a few examples of the list:
1. Chronic Complaining - it's helpful to vent when you're under stress, but there's a difference between stress complaining and chronic complaining.
2. Retail Therapy - AJ won't be happy to hear THIS one!
3. Binge Drinking - also known as Captain Obvious.
4. Worrying About the Future - Focus on what you're doing RIGHT NOW. Don't worry about what might happen; everything in life is a "what if."
5. Waiting for the Future - What if whatever you're "waiting" for never happens?
