How would you feel if you won half of the lottery and had to share it with your estranged husband?  This may happen for Holly Lahti of Rathdrum, Idaho, who won half of the $380 million Mega Millions Lottery. Holly married her husband Joshua in 2001, but they separated several years later.  He has quite the rap sheet and seems like a lovely guy.  He's been convicted of domestic battery, drug possession and has been arrested more than a dozen times.  Why would you want to leave someone like that?

But since there's no record of divorce, he can claim half of his wife's winnings under Idaho community property law.  How would you feel if that happened to you?
