Brave 12-Year-Old Boy Saves Grandmother From Burning House [VIDEO]

Seth Cutright's family has cause to celebrate, and reason to be very proud of the 12-year old. He pulled his grandmother to safety, after a propane heater exploded, and the family's Portland home erupted in flames.

Cutright smelled leaking gas a moment before his grandmother, Rose Cutright lit a cigarette.

Everyone, including the boy's father Roger Cutright, is calling Seth a hero.
