A national effort to rescue missing and exploited children in the US has resulted in the safe return of nearly 100 children, including 11 that may have been exploited and trafficked from the Flint and Saginaw region.

The FBI says more than 100 traffickers have been arrested across the country. Detective Trooper Rick Jones with the Michigan State Police tells WEYI that eight people who may be responsible for human trafficking in the area have been identified.
