105-Year-Old Michigan Woman is Still Teaching Yoga

Life. Goals.

Lil Hansen from Ludington was born in 1911. She turned 105 on Wednesday...and she's still teaching yoga to seniors that are young enough to be her children.

What's even more impressive is that she doesn't live in an assisted living or a nursing home: she lives alone, in the home she grew up in. She's also president of her bridge team.

If only we could all be this lucky to age so gracefully!
