Hunter Sitko will take next Wednesday off from school, on his birthday, to donate items to My Brother's Keeper and Carriage Town Ministries in Flint.

It's something he wanted to do in lieu of gifts; his mom wanted to appeal to friends and family, but her video reached more people than she thought.

Local businesses have already offered to pitch in; Hunter's new goal is to fill up the back of his dad's truck.
